Are Chocolat Uzma Sharif chocolates all natural?
Yes! We will never use anything artificial. All of our products are handmade with high-quality, all-natural ingredients and great care. You won't find any preservatives in our chocolates or confections. We try to utilize local farmers and organic ingredients when we can.
How long will your products last?
Our chocolate bonbons and truffles have a shelf life of 3 weeks. Chocolate should be stored in a cool and dry place the ideal temperature is 55-65°F.
What allergens are contained in your products?
All of our products with chocolate contain soy lecithin, which is an emulsifier, preventing the cocoa butter from separating from the cocoa mass. Because our products are all made in the same facility, they may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, milk proteins and pearl dust (allergen: shellfish).
Are your chocolates Halal (free from any gelatin and alcohol)?
Yes. All of our products are made from premium ingredients. We use no liqueurs or alcohol in our creations.

Yes! We want the person who receives our sweets to feel special and know you personally selected it just for them. We'll do whatever it takes to make your gift fit the occasion. We offer our corporate customers the attractive feature of quantity discount, ensuring our chocolates are the affordable luxury.
Merchandise Total Discount
- $500-$1,400 — 5%
- $1,401-$3,000 — 10%
- $3,000+ — 15%
Discounts may vary for corporate distributors. Discounts are calculated on total merchandise (not including tax, shipping and handling charges) on a per order basis and exclude gift certificates and custom ribbon.
We accept all major credit cards. Orders placed online will automatically receive a billing receipt. However, if you do not feel comfortable ordering online we will be more than happy to accommodate you via phone or email.
What is your return policy?
Service at Chocolat Uzma Sharif begins from the moment you place your order. When you send a gift from Chocolat Uzma Sharif, you can be assured that it will arrive in perfect condition. And, when changes in climate or destination require extra care, our chocolates are packed appropriately. However, if for any reason your order does not meet your standards you please contact us and we will do everything in our power to meet your needs.

Shipping & Handling Procedures
We go to extra lengths to ensure our chocolates will arrive in pristine condition. Each order is carefully hand packed to ensure its safe arrival. We want the person who recieves our chocolates to feel specialy and know that they were personally selected just for them. For a complimentary note card, please use the comments box when you check out.
We use UPS and USPS as our official carriers. All orders are shipped from Chicago, IL. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.
All online orders are shipped via UPS or USPS ground. Please call to make other arrangements for shipping. If you would like your order sent 2nd day, overnight or via another carrier than UPS, call us to place your order; we would be happy to assist you! 312-492-9866
Arrival time will depend upon the amount of shipping days required by UPS. Click on map for estimated time in transit.
- When shipping to destinations over 75º, we will upgrade your shipping to 2 Day Air (additional charge will apply based on order total).
- Cooling materials and a $6 summer handling charge will be added to all orders May 1st-October 1st (subject to change)
- When shipping to destinations over 75º, we cannot have packages in transit over the weekend. To avoid melted chocolate, orders will be held until the following Monday.
- UPS® delivers on business days; unless Saturday delivery is specified (additional charges apply). Deliveries to businesses occur between 9am and 5pm and deliveries to residences occur between 9am and 7pm.
